This is a rough and incomplete outline of my upcoming fitness book: Independent Fitness: How to Be an Active, Athletic Person in a Way That Works for You, for LifeA Go You Fitness Guidebook [working title at the moment]. I am adding, combining, renaming, and rearranging topics as I go.
